Your business. Their future.

If you’ve hired a next generation advisor, you’ve seen something in them that excites you.

The USA Financial team believes they should be equipped to help grow and improve the business you run, while connecting with peers striving towards the same goal. That’s why we regularly host Next Gen Advisor Summit events: To help you develop and mentor the future of your business.

A mastermind group where trends, opportunities, solutions, and next steps are discussed amongst peers. Led by our coaching team, these events are impactful and encouraging.

Who are Next Gen Advisors?

>> Young professionals developing skills in the financial services world.
>> Hand-chosen successors brought on to work towards taking over your practice.
>> Licensed financial advisors hired to help with client support and wanting to advise.

Is it worth joining? Here's what key support say:

I liked the amount of collaboration and the opportunity to hear from people in various stages of their career. It was helpful for me to hear what people thought they did right and wrong.

Josh S.

Hearing about some of the latest value-added services that are available in the marketplace to enhance the client experience.

Blaise Z.

Being able to connect with other women in the industry and finding out how others market to get new clients and how to keep current clients. There was a lot to cover over the day and a half, but well worth it.

Erica B.

Very interesting to see the detailed industry trends, and what marketing and business efforts should be targeted toward for both client retention and acquisition.  Really appreciated the insights on marketing strategies, specifically the video content making and the statistics measuring success with different seminar types.  And the presentation on engaging with the audience in a meaningful way was impactful!

Frequently Asked Questions

In the spirit of peer connection, we only invite the next generation (sometimes called “junior”) advisors for firms we work with. Those invited are all thinking about the future even as they grow the practice now.
These meetings are led by our Advisor Protocol coaching team, who brings in other home office team members (from Marketing, Operations, etc.) as appropriate to the conversations they’re hosting.
This group meets once per quarter – sometimes virtually and sometimes in person. Dates are set one at a time and in coordination with other Chain-of-Secrets events.
While not mandatory, these events are helpful and uplifting to attendees and allow our team to meet and discover unique needs that this group has. As such, they are highly encouraged!
Next Gen Advisor Summit events started in 2024.
These events were created upon several requests for a peer group for next generation advisors after the launch of the Key Support Community events.
