We believe they should be equipped to help grow and improve the business you run, while connecting with peers striving towards the same goal. That’s why we created the Key Support Community. A brainstorming, problem-solving space where peers can gather once a month to educate and encourage each other. This group of professionals meets each month and engage in topic-centered roundtable with subject matter experts from the home office team.

Why it matters to you.

You’ve worked hard to grow your practice and have carefully hired team members to help you continue the work and scale your business. This is a big commitment to take, so once you sign the dotted line, USA Financial believes supporting these professionals is a core part of helping you succeed. We help you onboard them, share access to on-demand trainings, and they always have access to our team. But advisor staff teams are often working in silos and want peer connection and a space to brainstorm with others trying to meet the same goals. It was through listening to their request for connection & support that these meetings came to be!

Each meeting brings a new focus area to the forefront, with home office staff from different teams stepping in to share their expertise. They will discuss best practices, ways staff can make a difference to the financial practice they are in, and then invite the Key Support to do the same.

We want these meetings to be engaging and not intimidating. We do not allow advisors (even those without key support) to join these meetings to maintain a true “peer group” meeting. 
These are led by a consistent home office employee who acts as “MC” for the duration of the meeting. This organizer brings in a rotating group of speakers from every area of the business to share insights relating to their areas of expertise. But in the end, we want these to be led by the financial advisor support staff.
On the second Wednesday of each month, from 1-2pm ET. While the signup link changes each month, the time remains consistent to allow your team to block their calendars in advance. 
No, these are not mandatory, but they are highly encouraged as updates and best practices are shared. 
We have hosted Key Support Community meetings once a month since January 2024.
Aside from the value they provide to our advisors and their staff, these were born out of frequent requests from advisor staff inside the USA Financial network.
