    Business Development Recruiting Consultant

    Matt Jaksa is a Business Development Recruiting Consultant with USA Financial, joining the firm in 2017. He is responsible for helping advisors get in front of qualified prospects and helping generate advisor introductions (referrals) through our coaching and consulting program. Matt consults with advisors to maximize their time and increase office efficiency and productivity.

    Matt has a deep knowledge and expertise in guiding financial firms through the three stages of practice evolution: acquisition, expansion, and succession. His experience in the industry dates back to 2007 when he began consulting with financial advisors. Since then, he has built and refined financial brands nationwide, which in turn ignites positive emotion in prospects to buy into an advisor’s process. Matt also oversees the advisor communities that bring like-minded successful advisors together to share actionable processes that result in sustainable growth.

    Matt graduated from Washburn University with a degree in Communication. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Katy, and his Labrador retriever, Sig. When he is not growing financial practices, you can find him growing fruit and vegetables on his 10-acre farm and collecting bourbon.
