USA Financial Approves AI Platforms, Expands Access to Copilot and Claude

2026

USA Financial is pleased to announce the approval of two artificial intelligence (AI) platforms – Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude AI by Anthropic – now available to advisor offices through USA Financial-managed technology environments.

As artificial intelligence continues to play an increasingly important role across many industries, including the financial services industry, USA Financial is committed to equipping advisors with tools that are both effective and aligned with firm’s security and compliance standards. The introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude reflect a broader shift across the marketplace, where firms are increasingly adopting AI solutions to enhance efficiency and support day-to-day operations.

Microsoft 365 Copilot integrates with familiar applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams, helping users streamline tasks, analyze information, and work more efficiently within their existing workflows. The platform is designed to support practical, real-world use across advisor offices, from content development to communication and administrative tasks.

In addition, USA Financial now offers Claude AI as a secure AI solution designed for use cases that may involve sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII). As AI capabilities continue to evolve, maintaining control over how data is handled remains a top priority. Claude is made available through a USA Financial-managed subscription model to help ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and that data is not used to train external models.

Together, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude represent a meaningful step forward in how advisor offices can leverage AI to improve productivity and efficiency. By integrating directly into the Microsoft tools our advisors already use every day, it provides practical support that fits naturally into existing workflows while helping teams work smarter.

Greg Lockwood, Chief Technology Officer at USA Financial

Microsoft 365 Copilot is available to most advisor offices with USA Financial-managed Microsoft 365, provided users have an active Microsoft 365 Business Standard license or higher. Claude AI is available through USA Financial via the firm’s technology election process, ensuring proper configuration and security controls are in place. USA Financial’s IT team supports licensing and setup, while training and how-to resources are available in a self-guided format.

For USA Financial Advisors looking to gain access, additional details and support resources are available through the IT team.
