RJ has served on the Board of Advisors at USA Financial since 2020.
He is the President and Chief People Officer of Infillion, a connected commerce platform for the open Internet that seamlessly links advertising, marketing, and CX. RJ is a passionate visionary and leader who is focused on personal and organizational growth.
As a strategic growth coach, he has worked with dozens of organization leaders from a diverse group of companies; his involvement with these companies has led to these companies achieving Inc. 5000 list inclusion fifteen times, collectively. As a result of this work, he founded Catapult Leadership Labs, a coaching network committed to helping CEO's and organization leaders navigate a wide range of challenges from the boardroom to the backyard.
Prior to his work with Inifillion and Catapult, he served as the Chief Digital Officer at RevLocal, a fast-growing company bringing digital marketing to SMBs throughout the United States. He was also President of the Nerdery, a passionate group of "Nerds" (more than 400) who bring their developer skills to the enterprise market.
RJ’s passion and purpose in life is equipping and enabling other leaders – and his family. RJ serves on the board of the Licking County Food Pantry Network. RJ is married and is the father of three and grandfather of four.
